This site was formerly the headquarters of Yellow Cab, a company proudly owned by Mr. Abebe. In honor of the property’s rich history and legacy, the building will feature a distinctive yellow exterior as a tribute to its past. The development will also offer breathtaking views of the downtown skyline and will create a unique architectural element that connects the building’s future with the vibrant city around it.

The building will utilize mass timber as a primary structural material, reflecting our commitment to innovative and sustainable construction practices.
