Nearly 70 percent of those homes qualify as affordable housing. Throughout his career, Mike Abebe’s work has remained centered in inner city neighborhoods. Witnessing firsthand how these communities were often overlooked shaped his approach to development and reinforced his commitment to reinvesting in the neighborhoods that provided opportunity and growth. Meet the Team Chief of Staff Michael Obasi Michael is a licensed real estate agent based in Atlanta, Georgia, with over two years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong passion for construction and development. He holds a degree in General Science with an emphasis in Biology, along with a minor in Geography from Mount Royal University in Canada. Project Manager A S Jana Pandiya Raj, PMP® Jana Pandiya Raj is a Project and Construction Manager with 14+ years of delivery experience with project management consultancies. He holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Building Technology & Construction Management from IIT Madras in India. Having delivered over 3.5 million sq. ft. of industrial, corporate and commercial projects for multinational clients, Jana specializes in the full project lifecycle—from due diligence to closeout.
